BALANCE IN TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS MINIMALIZED FAILURE OF NATIONAL EXAMINATION

 School is a barn next generation of intellectual intelligent. Smart is the intellectual demands and expectations of each person in order to reach future life. Schools will competition so do different-race break to get the government's legality as a national school standard (SSN) with the aim to improve the status of the school community and the faced of education itself.
With the rising status of the school to become a national standard (SSN), different programs will be offered, one of the programs which are the trend at this time is "smart class”. It is able to change the image of school became a better as the consequences for public confidence pan. Positively, the parents will choose schools that are able "to create" success for their children. School prides to educate the students who basically have an intelligent, can make prestige itself. But it is no longer surprising when the students are able to use their own intelligently as well. Then, how about the students who are not superior in the class? Meanwhile, schools are dominated by students under the average intelligent that had difficulty in the learning process.  
 In teaching-learning process, teachers should be more sensitive to the condition which the students experienced of their psychological, physical and sociological side. By prepared of learning process, with the request and the results of studying the same regardless of the ability of each student, the fact of differences in the individual (student). This causes them more apathetic, because that is in the teacher-students is only the brightest students while students who get less inferior "place" as the withdrawal. An opportunity for the small and it is also likely to make them lazier. When referring to the principles in the development KTSP (Level Curriculum Education Unit) is not appropriate, that students described as central in developing the potential to observe the diversity of characteristics, the potential (interest and talent), abilities, interests and needs that are tailored to the ability of private individual and environmental conditions (Riandary, Henny: 2007). It means that the schools must provide learning dynamically, balanced and it is based on the differences in potential students. Differences between smart students with students under the excellent average of only for abilities, emotions, and interests.. But, it does not be easy because there are differences that are complex from the environment where it is located. Individual approach is not specifically treating the individual with the ability to adjust but the students as pre-eminent class. 
When the superior class (Smart Class) with a variety of programs to be trade mark of a school, the teachers forgot that the students involved in learning is not only skilful students but also the child with less intelligent. Gadner (in Subiyanto, Paul: 2004) said that God does not create a foolish child, they have multiple intelligences, when the child is not intelligent and he certainly has other intelligences. And we should not call the students “Fools”?
What is Zero Class?
Zero Class is the term for students who have difficulties / delays in learning. Difficult of Learning may mean among others, have broad characteristics lazy in learning, weak of think, easy to despaired, due to weakly cognitive learning from mistakes. In addition, students who are slow to learning process the indications of languages that have limited wealth, should have new words to describe the understanding, take a quick conclusion, but not critical, easily satisfied with the answers and a smattering of others.
Indication of the students faced difficulty learning process to Kurniawan (2005), Their grades can be seen in the subjects which under the current of value and / or under the average of class, There is not maximum result between achievements toward their intelligence, hard to read / understand the lessons given, they can’t concentrate and other so on. This is the kind of students that are currently dominating the schools in Indonesia that does not get motivated, attention from teachers and schools. Children more "motivated" with a slander in the social life. Many studies discussed that children get the pressure (impolite) as much as hundreds of times and only get a good treatment of tens of times per day. It indicates that the act of discouraging them is a bad habit of teachers or parents to motivating their children.

What should be done toward the Class Zero students’ category?
 When the teachers give special attention to the smart class students, the same condition should also Sectoral lines cooperation between schools, teachers (conselors), parents and students to give attention to the very influential in their mental development of the learning process and motivate themselves to be experiencing changes in the teaching-learning activities, as a minor action undertaken will result in a new problem. Changes experienced are not frontal but step by step with the experience of learning to adjust the child. Every child has a learning experience definitely different, teachers use the learning experience in the learning process.
 According to Peter Sheal (1989) learning experience that covers 10% of what we read, 20% of what we hear, 30% of what we see, 50% of what we see and hear, 70% of what we say, and 90% of what we say and do. Principally, the learning process is development process of the overall attitude about the activity, especially the personality and creativity through a variety of student interaction and learning experience.
 In Class "Zero" a teacher positioned to become of the teacher who actually is as a facilitator of learning. They should use the learning models in learning process, because the learning models is one of the factor determines the success of the learning process. The current models of learning which student’s activity as a priority of each interaction, it can be instructive to conduct the exploration and find the knowledge themselves. Models of learning which not doctrine the student for the knowledge is. Teachers must be ready to become an actor to explore in the class Zero. In the view of constructivism model is a study in which students continue to build on new ideas and old ideas or modified in cognitive structure.
 "Passed" the exam is a hope for each student. Meanwhile, It would be "obstacles" for the school when the students does not pass the exam (national x examination), because it can make a minor interpretation about schools identity. But, it is often a negative inspiration for the school to find a way out of failure problems. The balance in the students learning process certainly will reduce the fear for students and schools (teachers) as the designer of education as effect of failure in educating students. Failure is no longer a problem for schools and students.
